After Effects Frame

I was doing some experiments with a piece of footage from videocopilot.net with a police car on a freeway and i applied one effect that makes 3-4 frames to light up. I saw one of them very beautiful and artistic and i thought that it could be a wallpaper or something. So this is the frame and you can download if you like. Enjoy!
